MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM1866 is a small, stable power supply with output voltage accuracy of ±2% (when Io = 250mA), maximum output current of 1000mA, and Dropout Voltage of 0.2V typ. at 500mA. Output noise reduction and output ON/OFF control pins are provided, making it ideal for portable equipment.
